Many stories and narratives have been quoted about the sixth floor of Ali Qapu which is known as music hall, stories which are sometimes fantastic and strange. There is a lot of questions about how the wall and ceiling plasters work.
For example it has been said that the chalk holes have been the place to hold beverage or per fume containers. But according to the dimensions, and also this fact that the curves continue up to the ceiling, this narrative doesn`t seen to be acceptable. But there is another fantastic narrative that says, because Shah Abbas was a faithful mussulman, couldn`t listen directly to music, so his architects made this room in such away that the musicians play there and then go, after an hour, Shah and his companions came to this place and hear the reflection of the music.
