If at midnight of the twelfth Ramadan 485 Ah, halfway to Baghdad, the guardians of the Malekshah royal camp, followed the security rules more, prevented the man in dervish clothes from approachingfamous Seljuk minister – Khwaja Nizam Al Mulk Tusi – Iran`s history in Seljuk period was different.

That man was named Abotaher Arani and was one of the Ismaili Fadaiyan who were considered as tenacious of Khwaja Nizam and Seljuk turks. A dagger which he hide under his dervish robe, hit not Khwaja`s sickly body but giant body of Saljuk Empire. The wound of this dagger, fell Khwaja Nizam and the Seljuk dynasty stimultaneously on the ground. The ground which today is called “Torbat-e Nizam” and at the heart of ancient neighborhood of Ahmad Abad Isfahan, is whispered in the ear`s of history about a millennium.

This is also called “Dar ol Batikh”. In the Seljuk period, Isfahan was the capital of the great Empire of this dynasty and the valuable historical and cultural works of this period are still remain in Isfahan. The ground which today is called “Torbat-e Nizam” and at the heart of ancient neighborhood of Ahmad Abad Isfahan, is whispered in the ear`s of history about a millennium. This is also called “Dar ol Batikh”.
