In September 1651 AD (1030 SH), Isfahan was in turmoil. It was burning of a pain, which its tumult caused the world unrest.

The greatest scholar of the time, cherished in the hearts of all Iranians and especially the people of Isfahan was ailing.

It had been more than seven days since Sheikh Bahaei got sick. His conditions worsened, and finally, he passed away.

The people of Isfahan have heard the regretful news. They hurry towards Naqsh-e Jahan Square to attend the funeral. The square is swarming with people.

The sweltering September, the overcrowding and the grief and bewilderment hurt people and cause heat exhaustion.

People moan and accompany the body of their cherished sheikh.

Eventually, Sheikh Bahaei was buried in the Imam Reza Shrine in Mashhad, according to his own will.
